Overview

OpenClaw is the gateway stack you enable on an agent. It wires channels, connectors, skills, secrets, and cron jobs into one runtime you operate from the Ageneral console and Agents APIs.

Configuration lifecycle

1. Create or update the agent in the console or API.
2. Ageneral updates OpenClaw configuration on the runtime.
3. Wait briefly, then retest channels or tools if changes do not appear immediately.

Some flows—such as pairing a messaging channel—require additional steps launched from the product.

Models access

OpenClaw calls https://models.ageneral.ai under project-level access managed by Ageneral. Use virtual keys when your applications call Models outside the agent. See Authentication and Models.
